Alys Beach CRAFTED 2026: Two Events Welcome Guests to The Silva

October 15, 2026

"With the recent completion of The Silva, Alys Beach has finalized its collection of luxury amenities," VIE Magazine wrote this summer. The magazine described a new resort-style pool, a restaurant and bar, an event lawn and a pavilion called The Summerhouse. It also said the space is meant for residents and vacation-rental guests.

That last part matters for November. Alys Beach CRAFTED returns November 11 through 15, 2026, and two of its events are at The Summerhouse at The Silva. We checked last year's published schedule and found no Silva events. For many people on 30A, a CRAFTED ticket is the simplest way to sit down inside the town's newest gathering place.

A festival that used to stay near Town Center

CRAFTED 2025 ran November 12 to 16 and was billed as the fourth annual festival. According to VIE's preview of that year, the three experiential dinners were at Red Loggia at Caliza, Fonville Press Market + Café and Papilio Park. The Holiday Makers Market was in the Alys Beach Amphitheatre, and Firkin Fête was in Central Park.

This year's dinner lineup moves one seat. Red Loggia at Caliza is back, George's at Alys Beach hosts a dinner, and the third table is at The Summerhouse. The Amphitheatre and Central Park keep the market and Firkin Fête.

That shift moves the festival somewhere new. Alys Beach describes The Silva as a "nature-inspired event hub" next to the Nature Preserve, and says it "completes the connection between town and forest." A 2025 preview on 30A.com placed it on the northwest edge of town, in the Phase 4 neighborhood. Hart Howerton designed it, and it sits between the longleaf pine forest and the preserve. The town lists The Silva among its owner and guest amenities, alongside Caliza and the ZUMA Wellness Center.

Experiential Wine Dinner with Menagerie Wines + Alys Beach Culinary. This is Thursday, November 12, at 5 p.m. Chef Drew Dzejak and the Alys Beach Culinary team are preparing a multi-course menu paired with Menagerie wines. Photography by David Yarrow will be on display through the evening. The event page lists it as 21 and older, cocktail attire, all food and drink included, and rain or shine.

Cocktails & Clay. This one is run with the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County. Guests make cocktails first, then hand-build two vessels with ceramicist Sarah Bumanglag. The CAA Pottery Studio glazes and fires the pieces afterward, and light bites are included. It's also 21 and older. The event page disagrees with itself on timing. Its info table says Friday, November 13, at 2:30 p.m., which matches the official schedule. The description paragraph says November 14, 3 to 5 p.m. The schedule is the safer guide, but your ticket confirmation should settle it.

Neither event page lists a ticket price. Tickets for the whole festival are sold through BigTickets. 30A.com's preview notes that several events have limited capacity. The "Buy Tickets" buttons on the CRAFTED homepage point to a page labeled 2025, so going straight to the BigTickets 2026 page is more reliable.

Thursday at 5 p.m. means picking one table

All three experiential dinners start at the same time on November 12. Booking one rules out the other two, so here they are side by side:

  • Red Loggia at Caliza: Birmingham chef Rob McDaniel of Helen and Bayonet cooks a family-style menu inspired by live fire. It's paired with Foursquare Rum, with cocktails by José Medina Camacho of Adiós Bar and Salud Birmingham.
  • George's at Alys Beach: Chef Camille Withall serves a multi-course dinner built around Gulf ingredients. Nicole Greenwell of Pearl & Horn makes cocktails from the Brown-Forman portfolio. The dinner is cocktail attire, 21 and older, and seated both indoors and outdoors.
  • The Summerhouse at The Silva: This is the Menagerie wine dinner described above, and the only wine-focused dinner of the three.

The choice comes down to the room. Two of the dinners are in places locals already know well. The third is a chance to see what the town built on its northwest edge.

The rest of the week, by place

The other events stay closer to Town Center, so here's the week by location:

  1. Red Loggia at Caliza, Wednesday, Nov. 11, 5:30 p.m.: the Songwriter Round Table opens the week. BigTickets calls it a new event that pays tribute to the CAA's 30A Songwriters Festival. Two musicians are still to be announced, and beverages and light bites are included.
  2. Alys Beach Amphitheatre, Nov. 13 through 15: the Holiday Makers Market runs Friday from 2 to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It's free and open to the public, with Santa photos on Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. Town Center merchants sell treats and refreshments, and the Cultural Arts Alliance has a booth.
  3. Central Park, Friday, Nov. 13, 6:30 to 9 p.m.: Firkin Fête taps 11-gallon firkins from local and regional breweries. BigTickets notes that not even the brewers know how each beer will taste until it's tapped. Scott T. Smith plays, and chefs from around the Southeast cook. The listing bills it as the "6th Annual Firkin Fête," while the festival as a whole is described as being in its fifth year.
  4. North Sea Garden Walk, Saturday, Nov. 14, 1 to 4 p.m.: at Spirited Soirée, mixologists from around the country are paired with distilleries along the pedestrian path. Each station serves a cocktail and a neat pour. It's 21 and older, with food and drink included.

Firkin Fête is also 21 and older with food and drink included, and festival tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable between events.

The official dates don't all match. The Alys Beach events page headlines the festival as November 11 to 14. The CRAFTED schedule, the BigTickets listing and 30A.com all run it through Sunday, November 15, with the market open that morning.

Where the money goes

BigTickets says all CRAFTED proceeds go to the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County. The CAA shows up all week. It runs the clay session at The Summerhouse, its Songwriters Festival inspires the Wednesday opener, and it has a booth at the market. So even a free Saturday walk through the Amphitheatre puts you in touch with the beneficiary.

Checking the calendar after Isaias

Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Miramar Beach this month. WJHG reported wind, rain and damage across Walton County, with power restoration expected to take a few days. The station also covered dune and beach erosion along 30A.

As of October 12, the CRAFTED schedule and the BigTickets listing still show November 11 through 15. We found no announcement of a postponement or change. Still, no one has confirmed the schedule since the storm. A notice on the Alys Beach homepage says amenities and Town Center merchants have reopened, except for some spots still under repair. It also says the beach and all beach services remain closed until further notice. If you're buying a ticket, check alysbeachcrafted.com closer to the date. For questions about the town itself, Alys Beach Guest Services is at 850-213-5555.

If you're coming in from out of town for the Thursday dinners and want to see a few Alys Beach homes the same trip, Realtor With Wings can build showings around your CRAFTED reservations, arranging air or boat transport so you don't spend the weekend on the road. Schedule a private showing, and we'll plan your visit around the dinner you've booked.
